Yes, participating member vendors listing in the Print Version of Public School Administrators' Directory may request a diskette of the names and addresses of the schools in their selected geographic area. There is a $13.00 processing/shipping charge.
Display ads (like the ones you see in the phone book, with logos and borders around them) are available to member vendors. You must first be a member vendor before you can reserve advertising space.

Yes. The directories are available to schools for free, and after becoming a member vendor, each vendor gets a copy of the directory when the most recent directory gets published.
No. It means the schools will have access to your company name. They have to know you're out there to start with. Then it's up to the individual schools whether they maintain a list or not.
No. The directory is one book, with all of the geographic areas listed in it. Each vendor will have a letter(s) by their name indicating which part of the state their company services.
The directory is designed to be used in the schools for purchasing products or services. It lists vendors/suppliers who have a product or a service to supply to the schools. It also lists all the schools, colleges and Superintendents in the state with addresses and phone numbers.
The first half of the directory is broken down by category headings, for example "Accountants", then it lists all of the participating "accountants" (or whatever the category heading is) in the state, with a geographic code next to the company name to indicate to the school buyer what area of the state that vendor services.
